Capres & Anchois is an activity of SMartBe Associated Productions registered in belgium whose head office is located rue Emile Feron 70-1060 Brussels.

All content on this site, including, but not limited to: informational content, graphic images, and program code such as html and javascript may not be reproduced in any manner without the expressed written consent of Câpres & Anchois.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Câpres & Anchois shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Câpres & Anchois shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the correct price.

Our products are guaranteed new.

Product availability is indicated on the product description. However, when you order, if despite our best efforts, the products are to be temporarily or permanently unavailable, you will be notified by email or mail. The photographic product images are as accurate as possible but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the product,

The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. Câpres & Anchois does not store your credit card information.

We use this information to improve the user-friendliness and functionality of our site. Câpres & Anchois reserves the right to update this privacy policy at anytime.

 

Prices

All prices on our site are listed in Euro, and charged in Euro. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
The prices indicated do not include shipping costs.

 

Payment

The payments will be secure by Paypal. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard credit card payments, as well as bank transfers payments.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Most orders ship within 2 or 3 days of purchase, however shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

We ship within Belgium via BPost.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are indicative only unless, in exceptional circumstances, we are committed to a specific delivery date. Câpres & Anchois will make its best efforts to ensure that the order is carried out within an average of 5 days and a maximum of 30 working days from the day following the payment of the order. The products are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. Risks are your responsibility from the date the goods ordered have left our premises. We do not carry off weekends, holidays and vacations.

 

Return and guarantee

Articles provided by Câpres & Anchois are new and guaranteed against defects. However, if you feel that your items are faulty or not or there is an error in your order, you have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the package to return the article, and we are committed to exchange it or refund, provided it is returned in its original packaging, unworn and accompanied by the Câpres & Anchois invoice . Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged and returned to you. In case of refund, Câpres & Anchois will refund the full amount of your order less than or equal to 15 days of receiving the returned package period, excluding return costs are at your expense. If you return an item due to our error, the shipping cost will be refunded. Sold goods are at the risk of the purchaser.

Law & jurisdiction

All Terms of these general conditions of sales are governed by and construed in accordance with belgian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgium Court, which the courts of Liège district are the only one competent.
